Some people believe this is some New Age anti-Christian philosophy, but it is bible-based. Understanding it does require some deductive reasoning, however. 1 John 2:2 is the scripture that supports this post.
“He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world.” (1 John 2:2)
God The Father, who knows everything, sent Jesus to atone for the sins of the world. Jesus wasn’t a strategy God used in response to a world that is out of control. God knew the world would need forgiveness before God created the world because God knows what we will do before we do it.
“Indeed, the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.” (Luke 12:7)
God knew the world would need forgiving before God created it. The more profound question, why did God make humankind knowing humankind would need forgiveness?
